Caring For Your Sterling Silver Jewelry
I guarantee the quality and workmanship of my work. All sterling silver jewelry is guaranteed for one year under normal wear. My guarantee does not cover clasp or safety chains.
Please be sure to follow the care instructions below, which will extend the longevity of your jewelry. If for any reason there is a problem with your jewelry during this time frame, please contact me and have your original receipt.
All custom orders are guaranteed for two years.
As with any handmade item, you must treat your jewelry with care.
- DO NOT get it wet
- DO NOT sleep with it.
- DO NOT use liquid cleaners, they will take out the oxidation (dark color) in the beads and it will corrode the beading wire.
- Clean ONLY using a sterling silver polishing cloth which may be purchased from Best beading for $4.
Generally, handcrafted bracelets on beading wire or stretchy cord should be re-strung every couple of years depending on the frequency that you wear them. The 2011 re-stringing cost is estimated at $20 if no additional beads or a new clasp are needed.
